Weaving Facility
Textile is our family business for the past five decades. We have set up a wide range of weaving machines to serve our valued customers.
Our weaving facility consists of 466 weaving machines. Detail is as follows:
Sulzer Looms
64 Machines 130"
We can weave two widths of 63" and can weave up to 126" on these looms. We are regularly producing precales T-180 and T-200 on these machines.
Sulzer Dobby
8 machines 153". We are producing different types of table cloth and napkins on these looms.
Auto Jacquard Looms
36 Machines 118"
We can weave up to 112" on these looms. We can produce 30cm Jacquard repeat on these looms.
We are producing different GSM Jacquards on these machines like
180, 200, 220 and 240 GSM.
Auto Looms
250 Machines 112".
We can weave up to 106" on these looms. We are regularly weaving 56 and 68 picks fabric on these looms.
Stitching Facility
We have a complete in house stitching facility with skilled labour and over 75 stitching machines including Lock Stitch, Safety, Blind Stitch and Double Needle/Muti-Needle machines. A professional and dedicated team of stitching ensures innovative ideas and quality assurance at each step of process. Managed by a quality control department, we guarantee to deliver the customer required specifications at competitive costs.
